Addison Storage is downtown Boca’s newest and best climate controlled self-storage facility. 

All interior units are climate controlled to below 80 degrees and 50% humidity.  The exterior of the building is constructed of concrete, block, and steel.  Addison’s floor elevation is 4 feet higher than all surrounding buildings.  All windows and doors are Impact Resistant. 

To enhance your security, we have 24 hour recorded perimeter and interior cameras and each unit is individually alarmed with a motion sensor.  There are also multiple access points where customers are required to input their personal code.
Customers have access from 6a.m to 9p.m 7 days a week.
Unit sizes range from 5x5’s to 10x30.
